Produzent von Wirkstoffen für die kosmetische Industrie mit mehreren hundert Mitarbeitern in Süddeutschland

**Die Position**:

- Kontinuierliche Beobachtung des globalen Marktes und des Wettbewerbsumfelds von Wirkstoffen für die kosmetische Industrie
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Sales, Marketing, F&E, QM, Regulatory, u.a.
- Identifikation neuer Anwendungsfelder, Produkte und Konzepte
- Technische und kommerzielle Mitbetreuung ausgewählter Schlüsselkunden
- Auswertung von Marktinformationen in Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Vertriebspartnern
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der globalen Produktstrategie des Unternehmens
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte
- Teilnahme an internationalen Fachmessen und Konferenzen
- Koordination der Erstellung von Marketingunterlagen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Naturwissenschaftler mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der kosmetischen Industrie in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Business Development, F&E, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, o.ä.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
- Zielorientiert, kommunikativ, open-minded, Teamplayer
