We are seeking a visionary **Head of Product Design** who will lead the transformation of our core product interfaces, prioritizing user experience and accessibility. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and supportive environment to drive high-impact projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of our rapidly expanding travel tech product design.

**WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?**
- **Strategic User-Centric Leadership**: Drive the strategic vision for design, emphasizing product feel and crafting simple solutions for complex technical interactions.
- **Talent Growth and Development**: Lead a team of 5 Product Designers, nurturing their ability to create efficient, intuitive experiences for diverse user personas and scenarios.
- **Consistent Communication**: Ensure clear communication of design decisions, informed by prototypes, wireframes, and user-testing insights, maintaining consistency across interactions and visuals.
- **Systematic Design Approach**: Implement new design systems and methodologies to enhance product experiences, iterating based on user testing feedback.
- **Collaborative Integration**: Collaborate closely with Management, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for user-centered solutions, integrating feedback for continuous refinement.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?**
- **Design Leadership Experience**: 3+ years leading design with a focus on user-centered methodologies in growth environments.
- **Holistic Vision**: Transitioned from individual contributor to leadership, adept at designing for scale with a big-picture mindset.
- **Effective Communication**: Outspoken, mindful, and eager to share knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- **Passion for Design**: View design as a lifestyle, not a 9-to-5 job, committed to excellence for impact.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Mastery of design tools like Material Design, Figma, Miro, and Jira for efficient collaboration.
