Zur Verstärkung unseres Empfangsteams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und freundliche **Rezeptionskraft (m/w)** mit Organisationstalent, Herz und einem Blick für Servicequalität.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patient:innen - persönlich, telefonisch und digital
- Terminmanagement sowie Koordination von Behandlungsabläufen
- Administrative Aufgaben im Praxisalltag (z. B. Kassenführung, Patientenaufnahme, Ablage)
- Unterstützung bei der Privatabrechnung nach GOÄ (nach Einarbeitung möglich)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem medizinischen Fachpersonal

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im medizinischen, kosmetischen oder serviceorientierten Bereich (z. B. MFA, Hotelfachkraft, Kosmetiker:in)
- Erfahrung im Empfangsbereich oder Kundenservice von Vorteil
- Gepflegtes, professionelles Auftreten und ein freundliches Wesen
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (z. B. Praxissoftware, MS Office)
- Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in der GOÄ-Abrechnung (kein Muss)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
