**Product Owner - Vehicle Data Service**: (M/F/d) CARFAX Europe GmbH provides trusted information that helps millions of people to shop, buy, own and sell used cars with more confidence. Our flagship service is our Vehicle History Report, a curriculum vitae for used vehicles, to solve the asymmetric information problem in the used car market. Our customers get access to an extensive multinational database consisting of +27 billion historical records related to over 1 billion cars in +20 countries across Europe and North America. Today, we are a team of 100+ people in six European countries - while retaining a start-up feeling, including flat hierarchies and flexible decision-making processes. As Product Owner “Vehicle Data Service” at CARFAX Europe you will be a part of an agile, cross-functional organization, having the responsibility for one of the core services CARFAX Europe offers to its customers. **Your role**: You are responsible for a growing a Pan-European product vision and strategy based on local data availability and global market demands. Considering customer and market feedback, you derive & formulate data connection and development tasks for an integrated end-to-end product team consisting of Business Data Analysts and developers. We believe in allowing our teams to choose the right tools and frameworks to solve their problems, having direct input on how and where the team’s results are distributed. Following this approach, this position fully focuses on Business and Stakeholder Management (internal and external) to generate direct business impact with each release. **What we expect from you**: - Responsibility for establishing, maintaining, and updating product vision, roadmaps, and product backlog - Close collaboration with customers and users to ensure maximum user value creation and sustained revenue growth - Effective communication with the Senior Management Team, development teams, stakeholders, and internal customers - Service quality improvement throughout all service components - Manage product team velocity and value output through agile ceremonies - You feel comfortable operating in a multi-stakeholder environment, aligning with both external and internal parties **Your profile**: - 5 + years as a product owner, product manager, or similar having full product responsibility for a complex-data driven product - Completed studies (University/ FH), ideally with an IT background - Experience in working in agile product teams with a clear focus on “what needs to be done”, while leaving the “how” to the agile team - Fluent in English, another European language is a plus - Background in automotive data handling is a plus - Flexibility, proactive communication skills and team spirit **What we offer**: - Work with a purpose and the chance to help shaping the future of our digital channels - A very pleasant working atmosphere in an international team (21 nationalities), where we take the term "work hard, play harder" to the next level.
