Im Zuge der Nachbesetzung suchen wir für die Abteilung Produktmanagement einen **Teamleiter Product Management**(m/w/d).**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie verantworten die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie
- Sie betreuen unsere Produktgruppen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, in enger Abstimmung mit unserer Produktentwicklung sowie dem internationalen Vertrieb & Marketing
- Sie stellen eine kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung sicher und führen regelmäßige Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch
- Sie priorisieren Produkt - Roadmaps und entwickeln diese weiter
- Sie leiten und entwickeln ein Team von 6 Mitarbeitenden
- Der Reiseanteil liegt bei 10 - 20 %, überwiegend zu unseren Tochtergesellschaften in Europa und Übersee

**Ihr Profil**:

- Technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterqualifizierung oder Studium
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
- Hohe Affinität zum Vertrieb, möglichst Erfahrung im Produktmanagement
- Starke Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Flexibilität, gute analytische Fähigkeiten und kreatives Denkvermögen
