Ihre Aufgaben
Die Aufgaben des Specialist Export Control (m/w/divers) liegen in der globalen Überwachung und Einhaltung von nationalen und internationalen Exportkontroll
- und Sanktionsstandards sowie -vorschriften im operativen Geschäft der Continental.

**Zu den Aufgaben gehören folgende Tätigkeiten**:
Fortsetzung der Einführung der ICP-Roadmap und anschließendem Rollout

Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen Audits

Unterstützung bei der Klassifizierung und Geschäftsbewertung für die Freigabe der Exportkontrolle

Umgang mit der deutschen Behörde für Genehmigungen, Klassifizierungsinformationen und Berichterstattung

Unterstützung in der Sanktionskontrolle

Durchführung von Geschäftspartner-Screenings (Sanktionslisten und Know-Your-Business Partner-Checks)

Auswertung und Überwachung der Ergebnisse und Erkenntnisse des Exportkontroll-Compliance-Managementsystems

Implementierung und Management von Gegenmaßnahmen aufgrund von Compliance-Feststellungen

Durchführung von Business Assessments

Unterstützung von Projektteams im Hinblick auf Geschäfte (Produkte, Ausrüstung, Software, Technologie) mit Embargoländern oder sensiblen Kunden/Lieferanten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Exportkontrolle, Sanktionen, Außenhandel, Politik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen internationaler Import/Export, Trade Compliance oder in anderen Tätigkeitsbereichen (Recht, Wirtschaft, Vertrieb/Einkauf, Spedition)

Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen

Gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 sowie SAP GTS

Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und zielgerichtetes Arbeiten
