At Triskel Consulting we understand the importance of tailored solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Media Buyer with expertise in online dating verticals to join our client-centric team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with our clients and contribute to their success from any location.

**Responsibilities**:

- You create and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms
- You utilize data, interpret results, and draw unique insights and clear recommendations for web development, content, and UX improvements together with our Product Manager
- You define new ways of promoting the product and creating additional revenue streams for the company
- You use a range of research methods to have a better understanding of the market and its latest trends
- You collaborate closely with the Product, Content and Marketing team to set overall priorities using those data and insights

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 2 years experience in RTB media buying
- You have a great understanding of the adult market (traffic sources, publishers, ad types)
- You always know your numbers and make data-driven decisions
- You are self-reliant, results-oriented, excellent problem-solver
- You enjoy working within a rapidly changing, fast-moving organization with startup energy
- You have experience working with these tools: native, pops, banners and video ads.
