**Duties**:
- Manage manpower support and assures full coordination with headquarters.
- Oversees civilian personnel actions and advise Principal on filling positions.
- Administer student registration, attendance, records, and other processes.
- Perform property management and accountability as well as supply management.
- Direct the preparation of reports for customers, headquarters, or school management.
- Manage the provision of other management analysis services, to include space management, productivity, facilities, repairs.
- Plan, manage, and direct budget formulation, analysis, and execution.
- Incumbent will serve as first line supervisor.

**Specialized Experience**: One year of specialized experience which includes: managing an annual budget; utilizing information systems to gather data; and performing records management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).**OR**
**Education**: PhD or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as business administration or public administration. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)**Or**
**Combination of Education and Experience**: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.

Access to care in a military treatment facility may not be available to civilian employees except on a space available basis. Consequently, host nation medical facilities may be the only care available. The availability and level of care at host nation medical facilities will vary by location.
