**Business Overview**:
To support our internal sales department at our location in Langenfeld (Elisabeth-Selbert-Str. 4), we are looking for the next possible time, limited for 2 years and in full time for an **Internal Sales-Clerk (M/F/d)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete order processing starting with the entry of offers, orders and credit notes up to the follow-up of on-time deliveries
- Customer support by telephone in close cooperation with the field sales force
- Initiation of possible transport orders, e.g. in cooperation with shipping companies
- Support in the preparation of shipping documents / export documents / declarations
- Processing and recording of complaints
- Maintenance of the ERP system (new customer creation, customer master and price updates)
- Processing and updating of internal overviews (stock levels, deliveries, etc.)
- Handling of general correspondence incl. invoicing
- Clarification of customs inquiries
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Completed commercial education (ideally industrial or export and wholesale clerk (M/F/d)) and/or comparable qualifications
- Experience in internal sales
- Strong communication skills including negotiation skills
- Solution-oriented approach
- Team player personality and good social skills
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Confident handling of MS-Office as well as good knowledge of ERP systems, SAP knowledge - desirable
