As a Working Student in People Operations, you support our People Operations and People Partners team, ensuring smooth operations and a great employee experience.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Utilize our HR tools and platforms to input and maintain employee data accurately.
- Independently craft employment contracts, amendments, certificates, attestations, and other vital personnel-related documents.
- Record absences (eAU), ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Support with correspondence with health insurance funds, authorities, and insurance companies, upholding our commitment to clear communication and collaboration.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees submitting inquiries through the ticketing system.
- Produce various reports.
- Collaborate with team members to support ad hoc projects that enhance the overall employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture within the People department.

**Qualifications** This is what you need to succeed**
- You are currently enrolled in a German university program. You are looking for a part-time position (16-20 hours per week) for at least 12 months.
- An educational background in social sciences, business administration, or a related field is preferred for the best fit.
- You have some experience in HR Administration and want to learn more about payroll and Labor Law.
- You are proficient in Excel, and you love data.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
