Then join us as our new Assistant within our Corporate Supply Chain department for Factory Integration. In this team we drive digitalization for Infineon’s manufacturing. Here you will support the Head of CSC FI, in addition to administrative tasks, will be responsible in particular for assisting in various organizational matters.

In your new role you will:

- **Operate purchasing activities **including ordering using SAP and internal purchasing channels
- **Manage, organize and orchestrate interactions of the Leadership Team **with all relevant stakeholders including the Management Board
- **Plan, prepare and organize internal and external events **(e.g. meetings, events, workshops, trainings, presentations) including the associated logistics as well as the compilation of all necessary information and documents
- Work in a **multi-functional, international team and you get the opportunity to grow**

You maintain an overview and recognize exactly where support is needed. In trusting cooperation with the team, you not only manage to reliably complete current tasks, but also identify future requirements at an early stage and are happy to take the initiative. In doing so, you show commitment and take responsibility for your tasks. If that sounds like you, then you should join our team

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **commercial education or comparable background**:

- Relevant **professional experience **in a similar role, e.g. as team assistant or management assistant
- A **proactive working attitude **as well as the ability to easily **adapt to new situations**:

- A strong **service-orientation **and passion **to organize, drive and coordinate **larger venues, events, customer meetings
- Joy in working with a **large international team **and be in **contact with the customers**:

- Personal drive and motivation for challenges and to go the extra mile
- Very **good IT skills **(MS Office, SAP Ariba and SAP Concur would be an advantage)
- A **high level of comprehension and very good organizational skills**:

- **Fluent English **and **German communication skills**
