We seek to hire a highly motivated and dedicated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Advisor (f/m/d) to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. This role is open for the following locations: Hamburg, Munich, Göttingen, Abingdon, Macclesfield, Orth/Donau, Lyon, Toulouse, and Verona.

We designed our Global Talent Acquisition delivery model to serve the business strategically and effectively with a functions-based approach. Our Advisor team plays a crucial role in this model by ensuring smooth coordination and best-in-class experience for internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do:
Provide administrative support to the GTA team, including continuous process improvement and other ad-hoc duties.- Ensure data quality and accuracy on Workday.-
- Promote our culture and be an active ambassador for our employer brand.

What you bring:- First experience with coordinating and administrating best-in-class processes- Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail- Strong communicator (Verbal & Written) and customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships- Proven problem solving, decision making, organizational, and time management skills- Ability to prioritize activities and deal with multiple projects at the time- Bring your ideas and help to make them a reality- Positive mindset and the willingness to learn and grow- Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
