- Checking own planning, planning of colleagues and the planning of vendors based on internal checklists and current planning specifications- Preparation and review of approval, design and implementation plans as well as as-built plans.- Work with AutoCAD and Excel to complete drawing packages and planning tools as required by customers- Ensuring on-time completion of all orders, considering the appropriate quality requirements- Work with team members to create new work processes for new customers- Create processes and checklists to ensure deliverables meet scope and quality expectations of customers- Clarify or discuss technical issues identified throughout the planning process with customers and/or vendors
- Training of new colleagues and new vendors on customer requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in the field of Civil / Structural Engineering- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecoms structures, towers, and rooftops- Experience with drafting work and site design- Experience in building and greenfield site surveys- Proficient in use of AutoCAD- Experience of site design to DFMG/1&1 specifications- Strong attention to detail- German - fluent (written and spoken); English - conversational
