**What this role looks like.**
- Implementing SEO improvements to our websites and microsites
- Developing and configuring features for the digital presence platform Yext
- Ensuring implementation quality and performance by adhering to technical guidelines and standards
- Handling deployment and testing activities during releases
- Providing L3 support, event and incident management
- Ensuring security awareness and establishing best practices within the solution
- Monitoring system stability, availability and performance
- Challenging the status quo by constantly enhancing system processes and landscape
- Documenting operational processes
- Coordinating and training L1 and L2 support levels
- Closely collaborating with SMEs, architects and vendors
- Communicating with intercultural stakeholders

**Your Profile**

**What you bring with you.**
- At least five years of experience as a frontend developer with expertise in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- At least two years of experience using GitLab and APIs
- Extensive experience in software development and the ITIL concept
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and local SEO
- Experience in IT operations, incident management and monitoring
- A degree or other relevant qualification with a focus on IT
- A proactive, autonomous, well organized way of working with a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to independently handle and resolve incoming incidents, deliver root cause analyses and document defects
- Data-driven mindset, persuasiveness, and strong intercultural communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate sprint deliverables to stakeholders/countries
- Very good English language skills (C-level)

**Desirable extras.**
- Expertise in and practical knowledge of common interface/data exchange technology (REST API)
- Expertise in and practical knowledge of state-of-the-art database principles, data structure and maintenance
- Basic German language skills
