**Team accounting and finance lead (m/w/d)**:
**Employment basis**: Part time (Hybrid working)

**Background**:
Meanwave is part of an innovative Power Quality technology group with its base in Stuttgart that develops new solutions to revolutionise how electrical power is distributed and used. Our customer base consists of well-known industrial leaders who understand the importance of efficient and reliable power supply.

**Role description**:
As the business is growing, we are looking for a part time team accounting and finance lead with a strong focus in financial accounting and ERP knowledge that has the ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining effective leadership and control of our accounting, human resources, purchasing and office activities. The role reports to the CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and group administration
- Handle financial accounting, human resources, taxes, payments, and prepare periodical reports and support in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate the implementation of and adherence to internal control policies and procedures
- As the business is developing fast, be driving in the process improvements in the value chain and accounting management functions towards a higher degree as part of implementation of an ERP-system solution based on MS Dynamics 365.

**Qualifications and experience requirements**:

- Two or more years of practical work experience in financial accounting
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or SAP.
- Professional experience of purchasing - ideally with a technical understanding
- Excellent independent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive, not thinking about what needs to be done today, but about what is it going to be done tomorrow
- As we are an international team, we expect you to be fluent in English

**Salary and working hours**:
Salary commensurate with experience. Standard company hours are 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. The role allows for hybrid-working with at least one day in each week in office, being a perfect opportunity for persons with other part-time commitments.
