**Service Support Technician Weller - Besigheim**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Technical support (telephone / online) of Weller soldering and filtration products
- Independent supervision of existing support contracts incl. reporting in the ticketing system
- On-site support of customer projects (if required)
- Technical contact person for Weller soldering and filtration products
- Carrying out general service work in-house and at the customer's site
- Assist in the development of customized service and support solutions especially regarding Industry 4.0 or IoT solutions
- Assist in projects and actively participate in the development / specification of the right solution or product
- Conduct technical, product-related training for sales staff and customers

**Critical Skills & Qualifications**:

- Completed electrical training, preferably further training as a state-certified technician specializing in electrical engineering, mechatronics or IT
- Several years of professional experience in customer service (by telephone and on site)
- Travel activity of up to 30%
- Fluent German and English language skills
