To support our team assistant in the field of Continental Engineering Services, we are looking for a working student (M/F/diverse) for a duration of 4-6 months starting as soon as possible and with a working time of 20 hours per week.

Your tasks include:

- Office management
- Driving location related projects for creating a good atmosphere / Cooperate Identity together with the Head of location.
- Creating and approval of requisitions and purchase requisitions as well as invoice verification
- Organizing and supporting of internal and external meetings and workshops
- Holistic pre
- and post-processing of business trips

**Profile**:

- Registered student (m/w/diverse) of Business Administration or comparable course of study
- Good handling with MS Office software
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Motivated and self steering personality
- Organizational skills, creativity and good communication skills
- Team orientation, open mind and strong commitment skills
