**About the Position**:
As Video Editor (Content Translation) at HOLY, you’ll serve as the bridge between our video production and local markets, making sure that every piece of video content meets the highest standards in every language we operate in. You’ll lead the localisation process, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in video translation and editing workflows.

This role is essential in ensuring our international audiences receive emotionally resonant, high-quality content that reflects the HOLY brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will have ownership over the end-to-end video localisation process across multiple languages and stakeholders.
- You will lead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge AI tools like ElevenLabs and HeyGen to enhance quality and workflow efficiency.
- You will work cross-functionally with the video team and the country teams to ensure brand tone and technical quality.
- You will support the creation of emotionally resonant videos in the HOLY style, occasionally crafting them yourself based on scripts or outlines.

**About You**:

- ** Language proficiency**: Native-level German and fluent English are essential. French or Polish proficiency is a strong plus
- ** Editing expertise**: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- **_ You are DETAIL-ORIENTED:_** You have a sharp eye for quality and ensure that every translated video matches the tone, pacing, and emotion of the original.
