**What to expect**:

- You will drive ideation and innovation for the creation of digital products and services as a digital advisor. To help the leaders and business teams anticipate the company's digital future, you serve as a trusted adviser. By questioning the established quo and introducing novel ideas that will improve the company's business and operational model, you help SGRE business teams adopt an agile attitude
- You represent the business perspective on our DVL product teams, ensuring that our products provide our customer and their clients with the most possible commercial value. You will concentrate on identifying and validating the client problem or problems that we hope to solve, and you will assist us in creating an innovative product or service concepts. Based on your commercial and strategic analysis, you assist us in prioritising our product investments
- You improve the current products and services both within and outside of your community of practice. In close cooperation with product management, you drive the necessary change for their implementation and manage stakeholder alignment.

- You have a strong entrepreneurial attitude and business acumen, which are key contributors to the economic success of digital products and services
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities: You can position yourself as an enterprise thought leader. You are excellent at fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace while exemplifying cooperation between teams and functions
- We anticipate you to be equally adept at creating technology-focused initiatives and putting them into action. When it comes to influencing new company concepts and transformation from a customer perspective, you feel at home. By adjusting to and resolving problems from a commercial and technological standpoint, you exhibit situational awareness
- You must have at least 5 to 7 years of expertise in product and agile project management, strategic consulting, or a related industry. Excellent academic standing and international professional experience are advantages
- You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing, and presentation abilities in both your home tongue and English, and you are accustomed to communicating at the executive level. These abilities boost your capacity to foster relationships, form coalitions, and manage multidisciplinary teams for the benefit of clients.
