**What you'll do**

We are seeking an experienced Cash Flow Reporting Expert (f/m/d) for designing and implementing an ideal cash flow reporting process that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to automatically deliver accurate and timely reporting of cash flow information. You (f/m/d) should have a strong understanding of financial reporting processes and the ability to analyze complex financial data as you will be responsible to consult the business and IT team on best practices regarding the Cash Flow process but also operationally provide improvement recommendations regarding Cash Flow management.

Your responsibilities:

- Design and implement a highly efficient cash flow reporting process according to industry best practices (bring the outside-in view)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams & IT
- Analyze cash flow data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks
- Prepare and present cash flow reports, key findings & recommendations to senior management
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations related to cash flow reporting, and ensure compliance within the organization
- Provide guidance and support on cash flow reporting matters, e.g. for the forecasting process

**What you bring**
- University degree or equivalent in finance/accounting
- Proven track record in cash flow reporting with min. 5+ years in financial accounting or ideally consulting, **min. 3+ years in cash flow reporting required**:

- Good knowledge of financial reporting principles, standards, and regulations (esp. IFRS)
- Proficiency in using financial reporting tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends and patterns
- Excellent communication skills for C-level and auditor communication (English)
