Team Lead Information Security

**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
**Zalando Payments **builds the technologies for all financial transactions in the Zalando fashion store and our other consumer-facing apps. We work to deliver a flawless user experience in the checkout, as well as the processing of payments and reconciliation in the back-end. Through smart risk steering, we boost conversion and deliver a competitive advantage to our customers, taking in the entire financial process.

As a Team Lead Information Security you will be responsible for the further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) of the entire Zalando Payments. You will also be building a collaboration and communication bridge between Zalando Payments ISMS and the Zalando Group ISMS while leaving your own footprint for a BaFin regulated entity. This includes but it does not limit to the lead of Security assessments. Training & Awareness, Risk Assessments, Continuous improvements. The role includes the assignment as Deputy Chief Information Security Officer of Zalando Payments. Do you have what it takes to leave your footprint?

- Further development and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System
- Supporting the management when defining and changing the information security policy and advising on all issues of information security; this includes helping to resolve conflicting goals (e.g. economic aspects versus information security);
- Conceptualise, development and monitoring of Information security Measures
- Report to management regularly on the status of information security.
- Acting as a contact for any questions relating to information security coming from within the Zalando Payments or from third parties
- Initiating and coordinating measures to raise awareness of and training sessions on information security
- Hire, train and mentor security team members

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You have a degree in Information Security, computer science or economics or a comparable course of study
- You offer at least 5 years of relevant leadership professional experience in a consulting company, an industrial company or a corresponding in-house function
- You have a certification in at least one of the following: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- You have a profound knowledge of German IT Regulation (ZAIT; BSI)
- Self-driven individual, business fluent in written and spoken English, coupled with strong communication skills
- Security program and policy development and administration.
- Planning and strategic management
- Leadership, collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Supervisory and management of security staff.
