Head of Business Development and Strategy

The position requires from you the development of Admitad´s business strategy across all platforms and the network´s growth by implementing new corporate initiatives, developing strategic partnerships and identifying global investment opportunities for the business. You will be based in Admitad headquarters in Heilbronn, Germany, reporting to Alexander Bachmann, CEO of Admitad.

Tasks
- Create and implement the Admitad\'s business development strategy;
- Identify and onboard new strategic partnerships between Admitad and external companies (expanding the number of Advertisers and Publishers, including the major ones);
- Prepare a detailed calculation of a potential partnership;
- Contribute to the development of all the company's businesses;
- Work with Product and Business Unit teams for improving Admitad tools and creating the new ones;
- Partner closely with internal StartUp studio for finding and testing new hypotheses;
- Search for new investment opportunities
- Upsale of other products of the company to existing partners.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience on the same position (not less than 3 years);
- Knowledge of advertising technologies in desktop and mobile web;
- Experience in monetization of Internet products;
- Understanding of the Affiliate Marketing Market;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Relocation to Germany after the probationary period;
- Brilliant English;
- Persistence and the ability to bring an idea to the end.
