**How you will leave your mark**:
- As an active member of our team you support us in the planning and execution of international VIP customer events in close co-operation with respective sales channels and product category managements
- Further you support us with the planning and execution of the annual Global Strategic Meeting
- In addition you will be involved in the planning and execution process of fairs and exhibitions like Watches & Wonders
- You help us developing tool kits for brand activations in co-operation with the respective marketing/communication teams at the Montblanc Headquarter
- Moreover you ensure the availability of information, documents and tools for local or regional set-up of event platforms
- You maintain internal and external communication with event stakeholders and manage the relationships with our suppliers
**How you will experience success with us**:
- You are a student (M/F/d) in business administration or marketing & communication or comparable or are in a gap year
- You have gathered sufficient experience from previous internships and are fluent in English
- You are a team player, an open and analytically dedicated person, who is problem-solving and has a determined and independent, proactive and accurate method of operation
