As a **Product Information Specialist (M/F/d)** you will report to Product Information Manager based in **Blieskastel** or **Heltersberg** for a **Permanent** contract.
In your role as a **Product Information Specialist (M/F/d)** you are responsible that for newly developed products the full set of product information needed along the digital customer journey is available. You are acting in the perimeter of one assigned product portfolio as knowledgeable contact person around creation and management of product information. Therefore, you have got the end2end accountability for information deliverables (from the creation until the availability for our customers).
Your main working tool will be the checklist listing the important data elements and you focus on completeness, consistency and quality. Your interfaces are project managers, product managers, Life Cycle Manager, and all functions involved in the creation of product information.
**Your mission**
- You monitor the progress of data enrichment along the development process - data completeness report - and coordinate with the development project leader
- In a project environment you coordinate the activities of all data producers
- You initiate workflows and control data quality gates in the Product Information Management systems
- You give the final approval of the reference for publication
**Your profile**
- You successfully completed a degree in Engineering or a Master degree in a related field or qualification
- You have relevant experience in project management
- As a project leader you are able to build and follow an action plan, synthetize and to follow KPIs
- Ideally, you have experience in product information management (processes, methods and governance)
- As a team player and you are used to an international work environment
- With your strong customer orientation and your excellent communication skills in German and English you are a trustworthy contact for all interfaces in the company
