**How you will leave your mark**:
- You will support the Int. Brand Events Manager with the organization of the global PR events and activations
- You will handle the guest management incl. the coordination of hotels and shuttle services
- You will coordinate the requests of our 22+ markets in regards to global and local PR events/activations
- You will support on selected cultural events at the Montblanc Haus
- You will prepare event presentations and recaps
**How you will experience success with us**:
- You have an apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree
- You have previous experiences in the field of events or live marketing
- You are fluent in German and English, additional language is a plus
- You are solution focused team player who´s passionate about events with a hands on mentality, good communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- You work proactive and independent and thriving to exceed expectations
