Senior HR Manager

What you can expect
- A Business Partner structure where your advice and guidance is needed.
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and the People Development department ( assisting with interviewing, onboarding and continuous training of new team members) and provide inter department training sessions.
- A reporting line directly into the local Head of Customer Relations as well as the Director HR located in our headquarters in Karlsruhe, Germany.
- Being the main point of contact for all HR-related topics and connecting with all levels of the organization.
- Responding proactively to employees and providing managers with professional HR consultation services.
- You will keep a pulse on employee work ethic and assist in implementing strategies to improve the workforce.

Anforderungen

What sets you apart
- You have gained 5 plus years of relevant work experience within the HR department in an international company, ideally in a digital environment.
- You have a strong knowledge in US labor lawand can act as an advisor for the local management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare high quality documents to influence strategy.
- You are familiar with concepts of people development and support our managers and their teams in all HR-related matters.
- Experience in assessing, creating and implementing innovative solutions in order to increase engagement, retention and development of HR teams.
