As a Product Owner within ASML, you will inspire a team of engineers with your vision, leadership and focus on building the next generation of products.

Role and Responsibilities
- You are inspired by demanding projects in a multidisciplinary context. You’re effective in shielding your team from outside disturbances by filtering and prioritizing incoming requests. You will prepare the backlog of your team for the new Program Increments and ensure that backlog items have acceptance criteria. You will be collaborating together with the Scrum Master and Chief Product Owner in the Agile Release Train (ART) and working with stakeholders from different disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial within this role. You will manage team deliverables, risks, dependencies (in
- and outside the team), stakeholders and escalations. It is of importance to communicate and set priorities of the team backlog and ensure the team understands why their contribution is important for ASML. You are able to challenge the team to come with alternative solutions when needed.

Education and Experience
- Education:

- A master's degree;
- (Optional) Agile and SAFe certifications.
Experience:

- Min. 2 year's relevant Product Owner experience
- A software development background in a high-tech, multidisciplinary environment
