Are you currently working as a Clinical Sales Representative and looking for a new challenge?We are seeking a motivated Clinical Sales Representative for the German market.

As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling our innovative medical training programs and solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions in Germany. You will work closely with hospitals, military organizations, and healthcare teams to deliver customized training that enhances patient care.

You will be responsible for registering all sales activities, preparing sales forecasts, and managing related expenses. Additionally, you will represent the Excellus Academy at conferences, trade fairs, and other industry events.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in sales within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or the military sector.
- Knowledge of hospital and military protocols and procurement processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Easily sets priorities and maintain oversight
- Ability to build and maintain relationships in a competitive market.
- You think in terms of opportunities rather than problems, maintaining a positive outlook.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and occasionally in the Benelux region.
- Fluent in German, English and able to understand Dutch

Working as a Clinical Sales Representative involves building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and military healthcare teams. Identifying new sales opportunities and further developing existing accounts.
