**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Production Management**: Oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure efficient and timely production. Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications. Implement quality control procedures and address any quality issues promptly.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and mentor a team of production workers, supervisors, and technicians. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the team.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the manufacturing budget. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, quality control, and process improvements to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the material handling industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma certification.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
Pay: 85.000,00€ - 90.000,00€ per year
