**Summary & Role Information**

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Data Management Expert with deep knowledge also in Test Management and data protection to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will continue driving the crucial topic of Test Data Management as project lead and product owner not only for compliance reasons but also to enable state-of-the-art testing practices. Especially with the focus on faster release cycles, proper test data that fulfill legal and security requirements are becoming increasingly important.

With your expertise, technical understanding, network, and influence on relevant stakeholders on all levels, you will be a trusted advisor for Test Data Management and build strategic partnerships with teams across SAP and partners. You will be the primary contact for topics related to data protection and privacy regarding Test Data.

**What you will do**:

- Be accountable for our Test Data Management strategy and the long-term solution for CPIT
- Investigate Test Data Management tools and validate options of internally existing tools
- Represent SAP to customers and build a showcase for Test Data Management setup
- Support and consult teams regarding personal data anonymization/synthetic data creation/data refresh/etc., potential adjustments to their test process, and individual concepts for test data handling in our very complex hybrid landscape
- Collaborate with Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data protection and privacy, Delivery Units and their Business
- Be the IT counterpart of SAP’s internal system anonymization program
- Coordinate between agile teams for Test Data Requirements
- Participate and contribute to cross-SAP Test Data / Anonymization community calls and initiatives

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Proven experience in Test Data Management and related tools, as well as in Test Management
- Proven experience in complex landscape setups and driving Test Data Management initiatives across technologies
- Project Management skills and experience with complex projects
- Experience as product owner leading an agile team with external resources
- Deep knowledge of data protection & privacy
- Strong quality focus and solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organization, including executive level in English
- Ability to interact with business and functional teams as well as technical teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment and bring in innovative ideas
