You will help develop and run our (pre-seed) scouting activities as Scouting Associate (f/m/x). With a lot of freedom and responsibility, you will find, evaluate and attract the best entrepreneurial talent and spot and qualify high-potential venture ideas for our incubation program. You will be supported by the rest of the program team and work in close alignment with the Incubation Lead.

Tasks
- You take on ownership to build, manage, and develop the (pre-seed) scouting activities for our incubation program (NBT Visionaries).
- You coordinate and steer our founder pipeline and screening activities in close collaboration with the incubation program team, HR, PR & Marketing, Partner Management, and other stakeholders.
- You actively source and evaluate high-potential founders and pre-seed start-ups and help us attract the best entrepreneurial talent to our incubation program.
- You support our deal flow through industry research, targeted market analysis, and venture deep dives.
- You manage and build up our own pool of pre-qualified ideas.
- You consult with NBT stakeholders and our industry partners to make informed decisions on upcoming investment opportunities.
- You regularly meet with stellar entrepreneurs at networking events, meetups, hackathons, and pitch events.

**Requirements**:

- You have knowledge of methods, models, and tools (e.g., assessing market size, business model viability, customer demand), that enable you to understand and evaluate digital business models, market developments, and technical products.
- You have a confident personality, a collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills that allow you to interact professionally with founders, NBT stakeholders, and partners at all hierarchical levels.
- You are independent and proactive, you can figure things out and get them done.
- You will work with many English speaking people. Therefore, we require fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
