Senior Strategist

**SENIOR STRATEGIST (f/m/x)**

We are looking for a SENIOR STRATEGIST (f/m/x) in Germany who is key to uncover the organization’s identity and role in the world it can play, so that BrightHouse ideas can help move the organization.

**RESP**ONSIBI**LITIES INCLUDE**:

- Conduct and lead the development of project work including synthesis of insights, creating necessary frameworks and developing materials for our corporate purpose and mobilization client projects
- Researching for thought-leaders to engage as “MasterMinds” on key topics
- Conduct and lead stakeholder interviews and synthesize key themes
- Assist in prepping and facilitating project ideations by developing briefs for participants and contributing meaningful, thoughtful and relevant ideas and articulations
- Lead planning and facilitation of workshop (parts)
- Prepare and lead communications with clients for project planning
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings
- Work with leadership on new business leads to develop new business proposals including providing a point of view on how purpose and mobilizations can benefit/ positively impact organizations
- Ensure interviews, meetings, and all components of project plan are on schedule
- Assist in the creation of new best practices and tools
- Collaboratively cooperate with BCG and BH global
- Guide/ mentor more junior Strategists and interns

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years in strategy, consulting or other client service environments used to serve high demands of clients and professional organizations
- Experience and/or passion for purpose/value driven work and innovation
- Project management capabilities working with client and internal teams
- Confident thinker, eloquent communicator and (slide) storyteller, open to continued learning and growth
- Ability to manage responsibilities for multiple work streams simultaneously
- Highly organized with attention to detail across many moving parts
- We believe in power of diversity and autonomy within teams - ability to work self-reliantly and effectively within one team and across projects
- Willingness and passion to work in a fast-paced environment that fosters partnership and entrepreneurial spirit with module ownership
- Experienced in using the consulting tool kit, particularly PowerPoint and open to use new digital tools
- German (native level) language skills, very good Business English language skills
