This role supports the Sales team assisting in supporting new and existing distributor and retail accounts. This includes facilitating order management and sales support. In this role you will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in our retail store. This will include responsibilities for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting with inventory management, and promoting the Horizon Hobby brand.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- Facilitate order management to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods to customers.
- Collaborate with 3PL regarding shipping errors, shipping exceptions, inventory questions.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Qualify leads and determine the customer's needs and requirements.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone, providing product information and recommendations to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory shipments.
- Support in customer service assisting with customer inquiries, order entry, and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Education and/or Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Passion for RC hobby products and a desire to learn more about them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems
