**What will you be doing?**:
We are searching for an Intern/Co-op to join our team doing AI/ML based image analysis and knowledge graph development. This position will be based in Dresden, Germany.

In this role you will...
- Gain experience in working with cutting-edge tools in the fields of relational databases and knowledge graphs
- Learn to AI/ML image analysis (image-based profiling and segmentation) in the life sciences
- Support the data analysis efforts in development of multimodal omics pipelines in an ongoing project
- Perform research in an industrial setting (pharmaceutical) and interdisciplinary applied science
- Become a valuable contributor to other initiatives as they arise in our fast paced, start up environment

**What do you need?**:
To do that you will need...
- To have completed or be working towards a M.S. degree (physics, engineering, computer science, data science, or comparable)
- Familiarity with academic research
- A technical background (e.g. physics, engineering, computer science)
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, the shared language of our multicultural team
