Be surprised and experience your own wow moments. **Responsibilities**: - Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Professional who is interested in the entire employee lifecycle, while strong in German labor law Ideal for someone who has strong administrative skills, systems agility & does not want to commit to a long-term position. - This is a temporary assignment with availability up to 2 years & the flexibility to work between 30- 38,5 hours per week. - Your focus: - Employee Support: Guiding the employee throughout the entire lifecycle, starting with onboarding & all respective contracts, starting paperwork, & through to exit with leave documents - Occupational Health & HSE Administration: In partnership with our company doctor, you will coordinate occupational health examinations for employees - Systems Maintenance: Ensuring our HR systems (SAP, Workday, & Time / Attendance) are maintained at quality levels - HR Administration: You will support our team in all administrative and organizational matters.
