You will be part of the Customer Self-Services (CSS) team, which focuses on developing and improving various online self-services in 25+ European and Asia Pacific markets. We are on a journey to expand and improve our digital platform in order to offer new and innovative features to our customers across Europe and Asia Pacific. We aim to provide scalable solutions that generate efficiencies and provide the best possible customer experience.
You will be working in a highly motivated, ambitious and international team and, as a market & demand management specialist, will take over responsibility.
**These challenges await you:
- Demand management & prioritization for multiple markets in Europe and Asia Pacific based on a framework driven by cost efficiencies & customer centricity
- Organize and lead regular market and regional calls (including user groups) for maximized transparency on both local and central activities - maintain and further strengthen the market community
- Manage and steer market expectations based on the existing strategic direction
- Define, track and report KPIs ( Key-Performance-Indicator) within the CSS area
- Digitization and harmonization of existing (analog) contract management processes with focus on scalability and automation
- Optimization of internal processes/ workflows within a scaled agile (SAFe) setup
- Manage & support data protection and legal topics within the CSS area
**Qualifikationen**:
**What you bring to the table:
- Completed university degree in business administration, economics, business informatics or e-Business or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in working with/managing multiple markets - experience within a market is an additional advantage
- Good knowledge of online portals, financing and leasing solutions in an automotive context preferred
- Experience with the SAFe methodology
- Work experience in an international environment
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent business English, additional other languages preferred
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products, systems and processes preferable
- Very good command of MS Office products and Atlassian Jira/Confluence
