Our Happiness Delivery team is growing, just like On, and with this comes the exciting opportunity to be part of our newly formed Partnership Services Team. In this role, you will focus on managing the operational side of Ons partnerships and their premium partner experience.

Your Mission:

- You understand our operational processes and are able to guide all stakeholders and partners through the order management in order to aim for the best results upon their individual needs
- Place orders on request for our internal stakeholders and external partners and ensure a smooth order fullfilment.
- Take care of the communication between the different warehouses and your stakeholders and solve logístical challenges that come with order fullfillment and distribution.
- Standardize and refine operational processes in collaboration with your team

Your Story:

- Proven ability to work in a demanding, entrepreneurial, fast changing environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility
- Inspiring team leader personality with a diligent, organised and reliable working method as well as high attention to detail
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to their field of work
- Natural desire to constantly re-think, question and optimise the way our partnership service and it’s processes is set up
- Ability to express yourself in German and English, other languages are a plus
