**Responsibilities**:
- Carrying out chemical-analytical tests of lubricants, samples from related areas and machine elements, as well as evaluating the results and writing laboratory reports.
- Quality testing of lubricants and samples from related areas according to defined test plans and preparation of certificates
- Collaborating with the production department on possible corrections
- Keeping own expertise up to date (self-study, external training)
- Supporting the improvement of processes/workflows in own & adjacent work areas
- Observance of the current requirements for documentation and archiving of relevant documents
- Responsibility and documentation of the monitoring of assigned test equipment
**Qualifications**:
- You have completed training in laboratory technology (e.g. chemical laboratory technician, CTA or comparable) and see yourself as a competent contact person for questions relating to chemistry.
- You are enthusiastic about complex tasks and enjoy working in the laboratory
- You have no difficulty in familiarizing yourself with new topics such as lubrication or tribology.
- Working on your own responsibility is just as important to you as the use of creative freedom
- Good English language skills round off your profile
