HR Business Partner Africa-eastern Mediterranean

To support our Area HR Operations, the department Group Human Resources at the HeidelbergCement Headquarters is seeking a highly experienced, energetic and hands-on
- **HR Business Partner Africa-Eastern Mediterranean Basin (f/m/d)**.
- You will be based in Heidelberg (Germany) and report in solid line to the Director Group Human Resources and to the respective Area Board Member with a dotted line.
- **Your next challenge**:

- Function as the expert on organizational issues and serve as trusted advisor and business partner to the leadership team.
- Promote and coordinate succession planning for mission critical positions in close collaboration with Country HR and the other HR Business partners of HeidelbergCement
- Evaluate training needs and develop programs for diverse target groups in cooperation with the relevant Center of Excellence. Follow-up to ensure training objectives and talent development measures are met
- Implement harmonized HR processes and procedures in line with Group guidelines and policies, local law and regulations
- Work closely with HR Center of Excellence to define and update guidelines and policies and to roll out and oversee onsite programs.
- Establish partnerships with Country HR to foster best-practice sharing and continuous exchange
- Provide guidance on new HR tools and systems and support during local implementations
- Plan and monitor KPIs such as budget, staff costs or FTE

**Your profile**:
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- ** Experience.** Seasoned HR professional with broad knowledge of full talent management cycle. Experience with _Workday_ is advantageous. Track record of shaping and driving a positive culture.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, minimum 3-5 years experience with HR business partnering and/or as Expert in Talent Management Topics in an international environment
- Hands-on, solution-oriented and results-driven working style
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, French language skills are an advantage
