Integration & Business Information System Coordinator HR / Admin (M/F/d)

IN A NUTSHELL

The HR roadmap comprises of several projects related to the generation, gathering, processing and migration of master data to plan, prepare and implement the efficient and effective integration of HR and Admin services into the MI system landscape. Design Hotels (DS) will review and replace its existing landscape of various HR and other information and data management systems over the period of 2 years to establish high-performing and data-driven business support operations. In this position, you will report to Director of HR.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organising, auditing and streamlining data sets and with focus on HR
- Maintaining and strengthening of GDPR compliance
- Support the optimization of data generating, processing and reporting
- HR project coordination
- Supporting C&B data and system processes
- Supporting the mHUB integration part
- Streamlining HR/ Admin processes and helping to manage the transition and integration of systems
- Updating employee electronic records
- Providing an effective support service to end users
- Delivering high quality and accurate HR data and service information to the business
- General HR information system and data administration for the HR team

EXPERIENCE & MINDSET

**Degree / Experience**
- Bachelor degree in a relevant area
- Min. 5 years experience

**Specific Knowledge / Skills**
- Integrating, migrating and automizing of data processes and workflows
- Oracle data systems (i.e. Peoplesoft)
- Microsoft SQL / Power BI
- Basic task relevant coding skills (data analysis, data import, parsing)
- Highly analytical, organized and structured
- adaptable with new technologies
- Ability to break down highly complex technologies to a user friendly level

**Business Understanding**
- Business acumen, understands business needs
- Thinking and acting as business information manager
- Providing insights to address business opportunities to prepare deciders making informed, data-based decisions
