**About the Role**
Are you an experienced finance professional (m/w/d) ready to lead and drive financial excellence? We are seeking a Financial Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and partner with senior management to shape key business decisions. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily department tasks, coaching, motivating, and training the team to ensure high performance.
- Manage monthly closing and reporting (IFRS and local GAAP - HGB), and analyze financial reports against budget, forecast, and prior year data.
- Prepare and monitor the budget for the next financial year and current forecasts.
- Control project performance, challenge margin deviations, and manage cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory financial statements and tax returns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and external financial stakeholders.
- Monitor expenditures for compliance with accounting procedures and review project costs.
- Reconcile accounts, adjust journal entries, and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Provide technical support to staff and drive improvements in processes.
- Contribute to operational and financial projects that impact FlexLink.

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (major in Accounting/Finance). Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting/Controlling) is a plus.
- **Certifications**: CPA (Bilanzbuchhalter, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, CIA) preferred.
- **Experience**: 7+ years in financial roles, with leadership experience, ideally in Big 4 or international organizations. Expertise in IFRS and HGB reporting.
- **Languages**: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with SAP FI, CO, MM, BW; Group Reporting systems.
- **Key Traits**: Strong international business mindset, self-driven, pragmatic. Excellent leadership, team-building, and influencing skills. Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
