Wir sind ein Startup im Herzen von Köln, das mit innovativer Technologie die Energiewende digitalisiert und für unsere Kunden transparent macht. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Stromverbrauchern und -produzenten revolutionieren wir den Markt mit Smart Meter Lösungen und optimierten Handelsstrategien. Mit über 1,5 Millionen Euro Pre-Seed Funding von namenhaften Investoren (darunter Picus Capital) sind wir auf einem Weg, die Energieeffizienz und -produktion zu transformieren.

**Deine Verantwortlichkeiten**:
Als Intern im Business Development wirst Du direkt mit unserem Chief Operating Officer (COO) zusammenarbeiten und strategische Aufgaben übernehmen wie:

- Planung und Optimierung von Material
- und Logistikprozessen
- Verhandlung mit Stakeholdern wie Komponentenlieferanten und Installationspartnern
- Konzeption und Implementierung von Datenmodellen und Automations in _Hubspot_
- Optimierung des Working Capitals und Analyse von Unit Economics
- Entwicklung und Überwachung von KPIs mit Relevanz für Operations, Finance und Management
- Erstellung und Revision von Installationsprognosen
- Mitarbeit an der Go-To-Market Strategie und Durchführung von Pilotprojekten mit Business Partnern

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfahrungen in der Unternehmensberatung, im Investmentbanking oder einem High-Growth
- oder Early-Stage-Startup sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend
- Fortgeschrittenes Bachelorstudium oder Masterstudiengang
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und gutes Verständnis von Prozessen & Zahlen
- Erste Erfahrungen mit _Hubspot _oder gängigen _ERP-_Systemen sind ein Plus
- Interesse an der Energiewirtschaft und Freude an der Arbeit in einem Startup-Umfeld
- Eine Can-Do Mentalität, Freude daran Themen voranzutreiben und Lösungen zu finden
- Spracherfahrung: Deutsch fließend (C1), sowie Englisch von Vorteil
