**Responsibilities**:
3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

4. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

5. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.

6. Contribute to the development and implementation of new customer service protocols and processes.

Qualifications:
1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

4. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

5. High level of professionalism and a customer-centric mindset.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field would be a plus.
