HR Generalist, Working Student

20 hours per week during term time

Giesing, Munich

You are interested in the field of HR? Then join our international team at Infinera We are looking for a working student HR (f/m/d) to the next possible date for 20 hours/weekly in our Munich Office. You will report directly to Sr HRBP Germany & Europe

Your Job
- You will support us in all operational HR issues, employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings etc.
- You will support us in day-to-day business and be a contact person for our colleagues for all administrative HR tasks
- You will work on interesting HR national and international topics/projects

Your Profile
- You are in your final stages of your studies of business administration or HR management
- You have ideally already gained some experience in HR management
- You are familiar with working with MS Office and have basic knowledge of Workday
- You are highly motivated, have good communication skills, are a team player and work precisely
- You speak fluently English and German
