Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for a **Senior UX Researcher (all genders)** to join our **consumer product team**. You’ll be a strategic leader and customer advocate responsible for crafting an insight-driven, lovable, and seamless food delivery experience for millions of customers across the world.

This role is based in Germany, and we offer either remote or hybrid workplace options.

**Your Mission**:

- Seek to answer the most challenging questions regarding our users. With each opportunity, you’ll uncover pain and delight points, as well as unmet needs and opportunities throughout the user journey.
- Plan, run and analyse independently multiple research projects with various complexities at different points of the product development process.
- Utilise a variety of methods to develop and innovate on our user research practice, ranging from generative to evaluative.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, analysts, etc.) to ensure research is involved in shaping the roadmap definition.
- Inspire improvements in our customer experiences and product development culture by communicating meaningful research insights in effective, innovative, and impactful ways to a variety of audiences.
- Mature the research discipline by partnering with the research chapter to combine insights across the customer journey and contribute to ongoing process improvements and iterations as we scale our teams.

**Your Heroic Skills**:

- 5+ years of UX Research experience in a consumer-focused, high performance organization
- Proactive attitude, growth mindset, and ability to maintain a structured working style in a dynamic environment
- Experience with mixed methods
- Enthusiastic team player
- Strong communication skills. You need to be able to clearly and concisely express yourself and explain your ideas
- Fluency in English required
