**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for monolithic cutting tools (“roundtools”) for milling, drilling and threading.
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market demands.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch activities.
- Create a product portfolio that continuously meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including research and development, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to define product requirements and execute plans effectively.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, driving strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field - or comparable experience.
- Proven experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of product management processes, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members.
- Positive mindset and strong can-do attitude.
- Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, additional languages are a plus.
