**Your Role at Nelly**

We’re scaling our Engineering team to build cutting-edge AI products and data models that are shaping the future of healthcare.

As our first internal Tech Recruiter, you’ll take on a strategic role - building the foundation of our tech hiring process and partnering closely with our leadership and engineering teams to attract the best talent.

**You will**:

- Own the full recruiting cycle - from sourcing and screening to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies
- Drive direct sourcing initiatives, building strong talent pipelines through active outreach and networking
- Use data and insights to track performance, optimize pipelines, and guide hiring decisions.

**What you'll bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally focused on engineering or data roles
- Background in scaling startups or high-growth environments where speed and quality go hand in hand
- Proven success in direct sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or other creative channels
- Confidence in building strong partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in English and German
