**About the role**:
Are you passionate about numbers, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the world of finance in a dynamic, international e-commerce environment? Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a **Working Student** to support our Controlling team with various analytical and project-based tasks.

As part of our Controlling team, you will gain hands-on experience in a broad range of financial and analytical topics. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the preparation of **CAPEX reporting**, ensuring our investments are tracked and analysed accurately.
- Assisting with **insurance-related topics**, including documentation and data coordination.
- Performing **ad hoc financial and data analysis** to support decision-making across the business.
- Helping in the **planning process** and the **preparation of internal reports** for stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of smaller projects and contributing to continuous improvements within the team.

**About you**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in **Finance, Business Administration, Economics**, or a related field.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data.
- You are comfortable using **Excel** and ideally have some experience with **PowerPoint**, **Power BI**, or similar tools.
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in English; German or Dutch is a plus.
- ** Up to 20 hours/week | Hybrid (Sevenum/Cologne/Remote within the NL/DE)**
