Coach and mentor the team - Instill change management processes in the company - Ensure changes are effective and deliver the expected benefits - Understand the business needs and strategy - Lead the delivery of changes to processes, procedures and supporting system - Gain stakeholder support and buy-in to changes - Proactively work with the business to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness or efficiency of processes - Influence the company's training and development strategy and execution to improve the uptake of change and improve productivity - Communicate change effectively - Influence change stakeholders to ensure that we increase their commitment and buy-in to change and neutralize negative messaging and attitudes - Implement measures to track the effectiveness of change and establish suitable key performance indicators - Bring central control to change initiatives and resources - Manage external resources and vendors where necessary **YO**UR PROFILE**: - A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process - Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
