Location- Köln- Type of contract- Permanent Full Time- Occupational field- Business & Administration- Job-ID- 11244- Job Description- Responsible for implementation of globally defined standards, tools, policies and requirements to ensure a smooth handling of all associated core tasks - Accountable for the implementation of the new recruiting set up (volume vs. non-volume recruiting) as well as for the derived target group-specific recruiting strategy in terms of instructing the respective team, HR Partner and business on e.g. profile differentiation, new ways of working and activity splits - Acts as sparring partner to Teamlead Recruiting and Teamlead Hiring Administration in RSSC in case of issues or clarification needs in regards to both non-volume and volume recruiting - Accountable for the control and coordination of incoming job requisitions by delegating them to the respective team leads - Accountable for the coordination and further development of target group-specific talent acquisition activities (incl. employer branding, HR marketing etc.) in collaboration with Global Experts Talent Acquisition - Leads local recruiting team disciplinary. - And other duties as assigned - Experience & Further Qualifications- Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate) - Fluent in German (B2 Upper intermediate) - 3-5 years of professional experience in related area - At least 3 years of experience as Manager for a medium-sized team of employees or multiple small teams **Benefits**: - Flexible working hours - Family-friendly regulations such as home office and part-time work.- Flexitime & annual working time account - Enables fair conditions and individual working hours.- Perks - Discounts for employees, e.g. in a sports studio or when buying a car.- Seminar "New at TÜV Rheinland" - Two-day kick-off event for all newcomers.- 30 days vacation - For us, of course.
